I love this corner of the world, lovely
ReplyDeleteBeautiful... I can't wait till September when we go to Croatia. Thank you for sharing your photos :)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning! x
ReplyDeleteEverything looks so peaceful. I am happy for the Croatian people. They've had more than their share of upheavals and strife.
ReplyDeleteClaudia, it really is wonderful, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteAwen, hope you enjoy your visit.
Suzie, it really it stunning, my photos don't really do it justice.
You're right, Ana. Croatia has seen a lot of upheaval over the centuries, including the war in the 1990s. Hopefully, things will remain more settled now.
Lovely photos. I like the Eastern European place names, even when I can't pronounce them.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jan. I had problems with some of the names too, especially one of the waiters' name - Srecko, pronounced Shreshko (I think!)
ReplyDeleteWow, those are such gorgeous photos, Paula. Am envious!
ReplyDeleteLove the photos!
ReplyDeleteMany thanks, Damyanti and Jen - it really is a beautiful country.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos, Paula.
